In questo contesto, le conclusioni del Consiglio europeo di Bruxelles del 22 e 23 marzo 2005, punti 1.5, 1.6 e 1.7, e i principi fondamentali della statistica ufficiale adottati dalla Divisione statistica della Commissione per gli affari economici e sociali delle Nazioni Unite dovrebbero essere considerati il punto di partenza per il rispetto dei necessari requisiti di qualità elevata.
In this context, the conclusions of the European Council of Brussels of 22 and 23 March 2005, points 1.5, 1.6 and 1.7, and the Fundamental Principles of Official Statistics of the Statistics Division of the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs should be considered as a basis on which to meet the required high quality standards.
